Making Your Initial Appointment |
You can self-refer to me, or you can be referred through a GP or psychiatrist.
Medicare Rebates are available with referrals for 10 sessions per calendar year, and appointments are 50 minutes in duration. During the initial few appointments we will discuss what your therapy needs are, what you’d like to achieve, and what your personal history may be. This will help to determine your future treatment. |
Determining your treatment |
Initially, we will meet weekly at a regular time to establish a therapeutic relationship and together tailor the therapy to your individual needs. Your goals and treatment can be reviewed and discussed at any stage and clients are strongly encouraged and supported to collaborate throughout this process.
Group therapy can be offered alongside Individual therapy if this will assist in meeting your treatment goals. |
