Psychoanalytic theory is the framework that informs my practice, with my individual therapy guided by a deep, intuitive understanding of people and relationships.
I help people better understand themselves and facilitate change to often deep-seated, complex emotional and relationship patterns. Armed with this inner knowing we are better equipped to develop a stronger sense of wellbeing, and freer to make the kind of choices that can help not hinder, our lives. |
Principles on which my therapy is based
|
Client-centred
|
My approach views clients as adults with their own personal experiences and points of view, that are integral in helping to identify and bring about their own solutions with greater confidence.
|
Relationship-driven |
My approach sees relationships as central to what gives us a sense of belonging, meaning and purpose.
I believe this is best realised when we are genuinely connected to ourselves and others. |
Collaboration |
My approach is based on the assumption that life is full of challenges and opportunities.
I work with you at a pace that supports your ability to change and move forward. |
Safe and Confidential Environment |
My therapy is provided in a safe and non-judgemental space where we can openly think together.
